1957 chevy pick up..this is a true shop truck that was built and used as a parts runner for a local hot rod shop back in the 80s.the paint on this truck is at least 25 years old,its a very solid old truck,the paint is faded now and shows chips scraps.but the only rust bubbles on this truck is the bottom of the drivers door and they are barely noticed.it has a recently rebuilt 350 motor.it dosnt even have 5 miles on it yet.mild cam.with every thing gone threw and redone.new holly 600.350 turbo trans.floor shift.walker radiator,vintage air,headers.its all original chassis with a new master cylinder recently installed.very good body with the custom cab big back glass.this truck was issued a north carolina vin and title many years ago due to a lost title.no issues at all with it.the first line of lettering on the door was recently removed due to it being a business name and replaced with words classic rods.the rest of the lettering is original to the build done back in the 80s.if you want a sweet and solid old truck with a cool history then this is the one.all patina on this truck is mother nature..any questions call allen 540-493-6759

Classic truck markets are on the rise and many are modified to entice the standards of today's Hot Rodder. This Classic Truck is a show stopper. Finished in Candy Cobalt Blue with an Ivory Interior the owner of this truck has chosen award-wining combinations to assist with easy wins at car shows. The owner chose to go to the limits with his Chevy 3100 and install a 454 Big Block motor, and boy does she rumble. Edlebrock air manifold complete the motor and an estimated 600hp is produced. The suspension system has been updated with Firestone Airbag suspension to give it a set to perfection ride. The suspension system can be set while outside of the vehicle on a key chain remote. The rear bed of the truck was fished in an Oak finish and clear coated a minimum of five times to achieve a high gloss finish. The interior of the truck is well appointed with soft tan leather and the carpeting from the lineup of a Mercedes class car. The custom speaker panels are placed to enjoy sound full rhythms for cruises. Rock genre need not apply, however is often played with a truck like this. The frame had been boxed powder coated and is capable to handle the normal wear and tear of driving without being compromised of rust. Up for auction is my 1951 GMC truck 3100 short bed with Chevy front end and tail gate. The cab and doors are from a dump truck. Has cool hand painted business names and pinstriping . The finish is weathered patina which is in high demand these days.95% complete NO motor, trans,drive shaft,wiring harness.Rear end is out of a newer chevy and uses open drive shaft. Truck was set up for a 350 and powerglide trans(not included) so crossmember was cut out. It has rust in the usual spots dings here and there with a few small dents. Some of the glass is cracked and some are delaminated. I included 2 descent replacement pieces. Truck has been put together using a minimal amount of new bolts .So if you decide to change the look restore or whatever it will disassemble fast and easy. Also included Mustang 2 front suspension from 55-59 Chevy truck but can be modified for this truck with some cutting and welding. Included as well are direct fit leaf springs for the rear. I'm throwing in a newer style but used steering column.This truck has a lot of potential but keep in mind it is a project. Please take a good look at the pics so you see what your getting . Take a good look at the pics and read my listing. I tried to describe this truck to best of my ability.The vehicle is as is where is.
