This is a nice 1968 Chevy C-10 Stepside Short Wheel Base truck that was restored about 4 years ago but has not been driven much since the rebuild. This truck has slick Black paint on a very straight and solid solid. There is a small crack in the paint on top of passenger Fender but that is only flaw I have seen. The speedometer, Temp and Oil Pressure gauges work. Gas gauge does not work. This is a super nice C10. Equipped with a 350 V8, Turbo 350 automatic transmission and 12 bolt rear-end. It has power steering and power brakes. The front brakes have been upgraded to discs, yet still retain the 6 lug bolt pattern.This is an A/C truck but the compressor, condenser and lines have all been removed by a previous owner. The heater does work. The windshield wipers do not work, but I`m not sure why. The gas gauge seems to work but I`m not sure of it`s accuracy. Also has a CD player in dash and it sounds pretty good. The interior is in good shape with no rips or tears. The paint is brand new. While it`s a very nice paint job, I want to point out that it`s not perfect. It is still quite nice though. The body is straight and solid. The color is Dodge Viper red. The only rust that I`ve seen is some small holes in a couple of the bed supports, underneath the truck. Not bad at all and should not be a concern. The front fenders, inner fenders and rockers have been replaced prior to getting the new paint job. The only other thing to mention is there is a small hole in the bed floor, on the driver`s side, near the rear wheel housing. It is about 1" x 4". The fuel tank is a Tanks Inc unit and is relocated under the bed, behind the rear axle. The odometer reads 77,226 but I cannot verify if this is actual miles or not. The engine is basically stock with a small cam, Edelbrock intake, Holley 600 carburetor and long tube headers. The rear gears are highway friendly. The wheels are 15x8 GM rally with new BFG Radial TA tires. This is a nice running and driving truck. I am located in Pottsboro, Texas (1 hour north of Dallas). Here is a 1968 Chevy C-10 SWB truck with a good running Big Block engine ( Was told it was a 455 ) that is connected to a 400 Turbo transmission that shifts out good. This truck is a driver. It's not perfect but not priced perfect either. The Orange paint looks good, not show quality but good. The interior dash and ceiling is also painted Orange. It has spray in bedliner in bed to protect it. Truck drives out really good. It has 275/45/20 GoodYear Eagle Tires all around with about 70% tread wrapped around chrome wheels. Truck has great eye appeal. There are some imperfection that are needed according on what your looking for.Windshield has scratches on it and some cloudiness on the bottom ( $150 to replace )Needs new wiper arms and blades but wipers do work ( Cheap Fix )Drivers door glass is cracked ( Cheap Fix )Bumpers are decent as are Door Handles but are probably original so some pittingKick panel on drivers side needs replaced ( See Pic )None of the gauges are currently workingBench seat has a couple rips in it ( See pics )There is rust holes on both Cab corners ( Not bad but there )There is some rust underneath in rockers and floor pans but other pics show how muchAs I said this this not a perfect truck as it is but could be a $25,000 truck with just a little bit of work. 1981 Chevy C10 frame up job everything is new! Frame is painted in fresh black enamel, new brakes and steering components. Front end is lowered 4 inches and rear has axle flip and longer hangers 6 inch drop. Tires are in great shape, has a roll pan, phantom grill and cowl hood.. Rear end is posi with 3.93 gears, Tranny has fresh seals and transgo shift kit with b&m quicksilver shifter. Fresh 327 with serpentine setup, camel hump heads , forged crank, edelbrock intake mani and a 650 carb. New wires and plugs and msd distributor. Also has a mild cam and gear drive, setup for nitrous with dual purge just needs carb plate. Long tube ceramic headers with h pipe and dual 3 inch mufflers with dumps. Interior has new doors/dash, captain chairs with coverking covers, and aftermarket gauges. Has custom center console that houses speakers. Unknown mileage on truck but is all new roughly 3500 on engine. There is much more I'm sure I have forgot to mention. Truck is 95% complete, drives and runs perfect.
