1973 Chevy Nova Custom Coupe , 350 2v, AT, PS/PB, WORKING AC This is a 50k mile car that has been stored most of it's life. Lifelong Utah / CA car. I am a retired Auto Mechanic, I owned a shop in Hollywood for years, this was a customer's car that his Father bought new in Utah. The Nova had been stored in a condo building garage for nearly 20 years, and before that in a garage. Unfortunately no records exist for the car but I have known the car for 20 years and I believe the mileage, it drives like a 50k mile car. The Nova runs and drives just fine. Just drove from LA to Palm Springs. Recently rebuilt transmission, new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, points, new starter and battery, carb replaced recently, two front tires are new, AC converted to 134 and blows ice cold. The car is solid and ready to drive, but cosmetically challenged. The original flame orange paint is shot. I think that pipes dripped on it while parked in the underground garage and destroyed the paint. White spray paint marks dash top, which would probably wet sand off. Driver seat needs upholstery, rear is MINT, Dents in front and rear, bumpers are dented, see pics. Minimal rust for a Nova, rear fender wells and surface inside the trunk (spilled antifreeze which sat in there) No rust under the vinyl top that I could feel, and the top is near mint. All the lights and wipers work, runs cool, strong and powerful with no noises or clunks, ready to restore or build to your spec, great colors and options.
