Im really gonna hate to see this one go, it's been my favorite build so far, but as much as I wanna keep it, it's time for the next build up. Do not be put off by the mileage, this truck is running perfectly, no lights, no codes, no issues, very well maintained, compression on all 8 is still where it should be, I've driven other C/K's with much lower mileage and none have compared in power or throttle response, this thing still feels very alive, I would have no hesitations or doubts taking it over-landing or on a lengthy road trip, Runs like new. -Solid axle swap GM 10 Bolt (Dana44) FULLY rebuilt with all new HD parts FULLY rebuilt NP241C 2.72:1 Transfer case, shifts and locks in flawlessly Custom front prop shaft with double cardone, slip joint, and HD Ujoints Massive 2''diameter x 1/4''wall crossover steering links and pan hard bar, attached with 1 ton tie rod ends and HD hiem Joints Saves money on alignments as they can be easily done with a tape and croissant wrenches Warn Premium locking hubs New Steering gear box and extra support brace New power steering pump with undersized pulley for more steering power at low RPM -Suspension All new rancho shocks/Steering stabilizer (duals in front) All 4 Leaf spring packs are brand new and have the lift arched in to eliminate the need for any large unstable lift blocks, mounted up with all new high grade hardware After the SAS it ended up with around a 8'' lift, perfect Suspension rides super smooth on road and off Superior articulation rating for any pickup -Engine Intake 3'' cat-back exhaust with flow through muffler (no rust)(and all new gaskets motor back) Throttle body spacer Superchips engine/transmission programer New style individually controlled EFI fuel injectors to eliminate the issues asociated with the old poppet style these trucks came with, while I was doing the injectors I decided to do the head gaskets, and complete upper gasket kit. -Transmission/running gears Programmer New Transmission about 1000 miles ago New Yukon 4.56 ring and pinion front and rear New HD Ujoints in the Rear prop shaft New bearings and seals in the factory rear GM 14 bolt Axle -Misc. parts I replaced for something to do or to eliminate risk of failure later.
