This Lincoln in my opinion is "One of the nicest, most original 1976 Continental Coupe's in the world". It was ordered in gorgeous Classic White with a truly amazing all original red leather interior. The car rust free and is solid as rock. I have had the privilege of selling many of these cars but have rarely come across one as nice and original as this one here. This is the BEST 1968 Lincoln coupe in the country, This car has had a full nut bolt restoration that took 4 years to complete. The body was dissembled and taken down to bare metal. This car is painted the original lime green with a pearl added to update to today custom paint jobs. This car always wins best of paint in every car show it enters. You can see your reflection and the pearl is amazing. All body lines and panels are fitted to perfection. Laser strait lines up and down this car. This car has won many best of show and national awards in the last four years i have owned it. The motor is the BEAST ford 460 big block, New rebuilt carb last year. The Audio system is amazing and will blow your ears away. Designer for sound quality. Custom center dash added for the DVD player double din pioneer radio and MMATS PRO equalizer with sub controls. The front has a pair of Infinity Perfecta 6 1/2 components in custom fiberglass pods in kick panels. Center channel and tweeter in dash. Rear deck lid has 4 Infinity 6x9 components speakers with a port for the subs coming through the rear deck lid with led light in them and mirrors.2 MMATS pro amps 5,000 WATTS. 2 Batteries. 180 AMP alternator. The sub box has 3 10" MMATS pro subs and plexiglass rear with lincoln logo laser etched on with led light and mirror inside. The sub box was designed to port in the car and the trunk does no rattle or vibrate when playing. The trunk has custom panels fiberglass spare tire cover and 2 tv's for displaying at car shows. This car won best of class at the spring break nationals car audio show in Daytona Beach Florida last year. All audio system panels are dyed to the olive green factory color to look as if it was made from Lincoln in 1968. The interior is all original and looks fantastic. Most parts under the hood have been powder coated to last and durability. This car was a one owner south florida car before restoration and have all the books manuals and service books for it. The a/c blows ice cold and has been converted to 134a freon. The front discs and rear drums are new and powder coated last year. The car has been lowered using custom spring and all suspension parts have been powder coated. The rims are BOSS 20 " BLACK CHORME and look perfect against all the brushed stainless and chrome trim on this car. The factory power antenna still operates and has the original radio in the dash. 1978 Lincoln Continental Town Coupe 2 Door One Owner 12,010 Miles 460 V8 All Original. All paperwork from sale.Very smooth ride. Great price.Garage kept everyday. Everything in working order.Some minor repairs needed. Needs detailing,Has a some small dings ( pass. door) and a couple of 2" rust spots by front right as pictured.Tape stuck in 8 track. All original 1972 Lincoln Continental Coupe, this car is so original it even had the factory air filter in it (which was very dirty by the way!). It had been stored in a barn for many years, and will need a good cleaning. Runs and drives, we drove this car 3 hours from its original home in Northern Michigan back to Detroit with no issues. Light blue paint, dark blue leather interior in great shape (one rear arm rest needs repair, it has become detached from the car and will need new clips), tow package, power windows, locks, seats, etc. Hide-away headlights work. Just under 65,500 original miles. 460 V8 engine. A few minor spots of surface rust, mostly near trim where water is harbored. The area above the trunk trim is not rust, it's dirt that will need to be scrubbed off. Will need a complete tune-up since it's been stored so long, but this is a great solid car and hard to find in a coupe! Known Issues: -Driver side door lock sticks occasionally -Driver side power window does not work -Driver side rear arm rest needs new clips -Fuel gauge does not work -Minor exterior surface rust in a few spots For additional info, give us a call at 248-633-6086 Click here for a video of the car driving
