1978 VW Beetle convertible w/ 6900 original miles. Original California car , blue plates . 100% original car, not painted or restored. Limited Champagne Edition II, Red metallic w/ white interior, Fully optioned car including a dealer installed A/C, working Clock, Blaupunkt AM/FM radio. bumper guards, sport steering wheel, shift knob, tonneau cover sport steel wheels, dual mirrors & rear defrost. Also, the original owner purchased a factory center console, extremely rare . Clean title w/no accidents, body damage or rust. Fully documented car including mileage, window sticker, brochures, manuals, all maintenance history, almost every single piece of paper & receipt you can imagine even for the battery, bra, dealer options & ad ons. Originally purchased in California by a dentist, always garaged, Driven occasionally on weekends, sold to his friend who never really drove the car much. I "m the 3rd owner. This is a fuel injected car, starts & drives as new. No oil leaks. Everything works on the car with the exception of the A/C that needs to be charged w/ Freon. I removed the belt. Interior is as new, no rips or broken/missing pieces. The battery area is clean w/ no rust or corrosion, The battery was always removed when the car was stored. Few road nicks on the hood & fenders & some scratches; . on the r-front fender & rear left fender bottom as shown. I do have some original touch up paint. I took pictures of the car in its original stored condition, non washed or detailed. The car is located in the San Francisco Bay area. I will not sell the car unless the buyer has the car locally inspected.
