I can assist with financing and transport as needed. This is one of my favorite retro designs. This 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T Classic is a great tribute to the old Mopar E-Body, but fortunately the resemblance is only skin deep. The new Challenger is far superior in every other way. And this example, with its Hemi power, 6-speed manual transmission, and plethora of options, really gets it right. This beautiful example, with its desirable Red and Black color combination, has just 29,000 miles and a clean history. It is very nicely optioned and in fantastic condition inside and out. The red color with black R/T striping looks very sharp, especially with the R/T Classic features including the shiny gas cap. Completing the look are the 20" aluminum wheels with new Pirelli Cinturato P7 tires. Now to my favorite part. This Challenger is powered by a 5.7L Hemi with variable valve timing. Its 376 net horsepower rating is more than the famous 1970 426ci Hemi and its 425 gross / 350 net. Hard to believe, until you step on the gas. There is plenty of power while the performance exhaust sounds great, especially under load. This car also has the optional Trak Pak setup. This includes a 6-speed Tremec manual transmission mated to a limited slip rear end with 3.92 gears. All this performance remains very easy to drive and includes speed sensitive steering, electronic stability control, and anti-lock disc brakes. The leather interior is officially called Dark Slate Gray but looks black. It is in excellent condition and still smells new. The front heated buckets are both comfortable and supportive. Note the beautiful embroidered headrests and rear seat. The factory pistol grip shifter and bright pedals are nice touches too. The centerpiece of the dash is the optional Uconnect system with its 6.5" touch screen, GPS navigation, 40GB hard drive, satellite radio, and more. This car has a ton of curb appeal but is also very impressive on the road. Push the start button, grab the pistol grip shifter, throttle up, and let it loose. 1970 was good, but this is much better. 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T. Original R/T not a clone. Original Sublime Green. This was a high impact color for 1970 and I don't think there are many of these left. Unfinished project. Car came from Oregon 10 years ago & has a Clear Oregon Title...Fender tag is missing but can be re issued for 150.00 Call Carl at Data Tags (860)877-4440 All numbers on body match. Car is very solid compared to most. What you see in the pictures is what comes with the car. Original color is Sublime Green which is a very desirable color. Paint on the car is a 10 footer. Car needs to be blocked out & some body work needs to be redone & I would refinish the whole car to make it nice. I have a half gallon of paint & reducer that goes with the car. Doors, Hood & Trunk need some aligning. Hood striker & trunk striker are missing so they wont shut. Interior needs to be redone, some parts are missing. Needs center trunk pan & some floor pan work. Floors are pretty good overall. frame rails are nice. Car is overall a very solid RT compared to most Engine is a 383 HP date correct out of 1970 Superbee. Told it ran years ago, but I would pull it & rebuild it or freshen it up. HP manifolds are on motor. Rally gauges are missing along with the Rally wiring harness Comes with 2 Transmissions which either one should be rebuilt. Steering column need to be rebuilt or replaced, i have no keys for the car I dont know what rear end is in the car. Radiator appears to be correct for 70 Challenger according to number on it. It has a hole in the bottom tank & should be repaired. Car doesnt appear to ever been seriously wrecked. Unibody looks all original. Bottom of radiator support is banged up but nothing major. Roof has fiberglass in it & does need repair along the left front top corner & probably around the rear window. Right rear rim is bent and should be replaced Hood is marginal, has a broken bolt stuck in it. I would replace it if your building for show Left fender was hit in left front and has a lot of filler in it. Car came originally with a vinyl top. I put the moldings on but the bolts are not tight because they will need to come back off. New parts include Mopar sill plates, Mopar 383 emblems for hood, Mopar Battery hold down, brake master cylinder, Mopar performance voltage regulator & Electronic ignition module, alternator & starter. Car is being sold as where is with no warranty whatsoever. I tried to describe the car the best I could but please remember everybodys judgement is different. Car needs work to get it road worthy, but a solid start. Shipping arrangements must be made by the winning bidder. I will hold the car for 2 weeks after auction ends. I know it sounds like a lot of negative description but theres a lot of good about the car that outweigh the bad & will be an awesome car when done. Black car with small red line down each side, front to rear. Stripe opens up on each rear quarter panel and ghosts with "Redline" written into stripe. Wheels are dark gray, like black chrome. Wheels have thin red line around edges and are completely red inside, very sharp looking! The photo in this ad is from the dealership, but I can get you more photos upon request. This car is in perfect condition except for the two tiny rock chips mentioned above. Interior perfect. Hardly driven. Just over 4,000 miles on car. Purchased new in Battle Creek Michigan the end of May, 2014. Drives excellent, very fun car. Handles like no other. People stop me everywhere I go to discuss this car. At car shows folks ask why it's not in the show. Many, many comments on how unique it is, how people have never seen a Challenger like this. If you are looking for a unique car like I was, this is the car. Very flashy without being overstated. Beautiful. I need a more practical car for winter driving as our truck just blew its transmission. There is a loan on this vehicle so will need to do a bank-to-bank transfer of money.
