This is a very nice, clean, solid example of a factory short bed K-10 4 wheel drive pickup. Exterior:The paint is in very good shape on the truck. There are no major issues. All of the side trim is brand new and was recently installed.The wheels were professionally sandblasted and painted with Argent Silver base coat/clear coat and have brand new center caps, brand new trim rings, and brand new 33x12.50x15" BFGoodrich All Terrain tires.The grille is in great shape, as well as the front bumper. The rear bumper and brackets are brand new.The wood bed kit is new and new stainless strips were installed as well.The truck is really very solid overall underneath also. There is one small rust hole in the right rear cab brace that is about the size of a dime and one small hole in the driver's side area where the door sill plate bolts down. The cab corners are perfect, the inner rocker panels appear to have been replaced and the work done looks good. The original floor pans are in great shape and do not have any rust through issues.The glass is all in good shape and the windows roll up and down easily.The wipers work correctly.The head lights, tail lights, brake lights and turn signals all work as they should as well.Interior:The interior is also in very good shape. The seat cover looks to be fairly new and is in great shape. There are no tears, stains, worn spots, etc.The rubber floor mat looks to be new as well.The stainless door sill plates are in great shape and look to be new also.The aftermarket wood/billet aluminum steering wheel looks nice in the truck.All of the gauges work correctly. The dome light even works!The heater works and is operated by a switch mounted to the bottom edge of the dash just below the ignition switch.It has an older radio that still works.Drivetrain:The engine is a very good running 350 with an Edelbrock aluminum 4 barrel intake manifold, electric choke 750cfm Edelbrock carburetor, a pair of new chrome valve covers and air cleaner, factory cast iron exhaust manifolds running through dual exhaust and has a great sound.The transmission is the original 4 speed manual that shifts good, the clutch feels good and doesn't slip and engages easily.The rear end is the factory 12 bolt and the front axle is a Dana 44 with 3.07 gears front and rear so it will cruise down the highway with ease.Suspension:There appears to be around a 3" lift block on the rear and around a 2-3" body lift.It has a full set of Rancho shocks front and rear, as well as Rancho steering stabilizer shocks on the front axle.The power steering feels nice and tight and steering feel is very nice.The power brakes work great and stop the truck well. The chrome and trim are in great shape as are the bumpers. The windows roll up and down with ease and the glass is all in good shape. The truck has LED taillights and all of the blinkers/lights work. The CST is very solid overall. INTERIOR:The truck features the deluxe interior and factory tachometer gauge cluster. Another awesome feature is the aftermarket air conditioning that blows cold and is ready to keep you cool this summer. The headliner, seats and door panels are all in excellent shape and all of the gauges work and read fairly accurately. A previous owner installed dynamat under the carpet which quietens down the cab exceptionally well. The new BFGs and rally wheels are a nice touch to a very stock appearing truck. The chrome and trim are all in good condition with only a few blemishes here and there. It gets a lot of attention anywhere it goes. The bed is exceptionally nice and has very few dings and/or scratches. The windows roll up and down without a problem. The windshield has one scratch on the passenger side, but otherwise the glass is in great shape. INTERIOR: The interior features a new houndstooth seat cover and carpet. The door panels are a few years old, but still in great shape. The paint on the interior appears to be the original paint and is hanging in there for its age. All of the gauges work and appear to be accurate, including the fuel gauge. All the switchgear is present and in working order. MECHANICAL: The 350 small block Chevy starts right up and idles without any fuss. The 3 speed automatic transmission shifts well without any hesitation or slipping. The body itself is extremely solid and rust free, with the exception of a small amount of rust under the battery tray. The rockers, cab corners, floors and bed are all almost perfect with no rust. The rally wheels and tires are in great shape as is all of the glass. The trim and weatherstripping are good as well. The truck has a steel cowl hood and a spray in bedliner. INTERIOR: The interior was done a few years ago it appears, but is holding up remarkably well. There are no tears, rips or stains in the interior. The dash has not been cut and the truck has an overhead stereo/speaker setup that features a functioning stereo. The new comfort grip steering wheel is a nice touch and the aftermarket AC needs to be sorted out, but is present. MECHANICAL: The later 350 starts right up and idles without a long warm up period. The 700R4 transmission was just rebuilt and shifts firmly but not abruptly. The casting number is 3970010.The transmission is a Muncie 4 speed manual and has a new shifter, new clutch and pressure plate recently installed with a freshly surfaced flywheel.The rear end is the original 12 bolt with an open differential.Suspension:The suspension has all been updated on this truck.The front has been converted to 5 lug disc brakes with new metal brake lines and new rubber brake hoses, a new dual reservoir master cylinder with proportioning valve plumbed in, 2" dropped spindles with cupped lower a-arms to lower the truck 2" more and new air bags. The rear has been converted to 5 lug with new axles and new drum brakes. It also has new 2" lowering blocks, new air bags and a small welded in c-notch to keep the rear end from hitting the frame when driving low. The rear end also has new metal brake lines and rubber hose.The ViAir air compressor is mounted on the passenger side rear of the frame, and the air tank is mounted in between the frame rails at the back of the truck.
