For sale in our Detroit showroom is this wild and attention-getting 1985 Chevrolet Scottsdale C/10 longbed pickup. If you%26acirc;??re looking for a show-stopper that will garner attention at shows and turn heads out on the road, then keep reading! Many individuals and owners alike do not realize these square-bodied real pickups were actually dubbed the %26acirc;??Rounded Line%26acirc;? by enthusiasts and collectors. New styling features for these third-generation pickups included curved glass, rooflines, bed corners and tail lights, which contributed to improved highway fuel mileage. This Chevy, however, is far from stock, with a long list of custom additions that set is apart from everything else on the road. With so many unique features, it is hard to find a place to begin, but one of the more wild parts of the truck is the 3D-layered paint job that gives a ghost flame effect. It is even more stunning outside on a sunny day, as the graphics actually appear to move and change color as the light changes. Other modifications to the classic Chevy body lines that compliment the extreme paint job are shaved door handles and custom front and rear roll pans that give the truck a smooth and clean appearance. Up front, the truck sports a billet Phantom grille and beneath the cowl-induction hood sits a monstrous 454 cubic-inch V8 topped with a Holley 750 carburetor, and is naturally-aspirated and cranks out an estimated 550 horsepower! With a custom-built exhaust system that exits below that cab, this Chevy makes all the right noises when you hit the gas, and people will definitely hear you before they see you! The truck is still very easy to drive, with power brakes, power steering, and a turbo 400 automatic transmission. The power is transferred to the ground via a custom 10-bolt posi rear end loaded with 4.11 gears. As if the paint wasn%26acirc;??t catchy enough, the truck also sits on a set of huge 28-inch chrome Giovanna Santorini wheels, that give the truck a killer stance! The interior is just as stunning and luxurious at the exterior, with comfortable leather seats that are divided by a center console that features a custom-embroidered 454 SS logo, and also houses a Hurst shifter and trio of ProComp gauges to monitor engine functions. The truck also has a suede headliner, custom door panels, a billet steering wheel, push-button start, and a Sony Navigation system, with Bluetooth and GPS. In addition to the rumble from the 454, the truck also has a hidden Sundown audio system with 2 amplifiers and eight speakers cleanly mounted behind the seats. Other options on the truck include: CD player, GPS, power brakes, power steering, anti-lock brakes, tilt wheel, keyless entry, seat belts, anti-theft system, leather interior, and aluminum/alloy wheels. If you want to be the center of attention in the wildest truck out on the road, call our showroom today to put it in your garage!
