FIBERGLASS BODY DUNE BUGGY 4-Cylinder Gas engine, cranks and runs very good, Engine does not Smoke/Leak/Use/Burn any oil. Engine runs smooth and has good power. The Chrome Exhaust Tips==Mufflers have surface rust on them and it will not clean off. Transmission is a 4-Speed, It shifts out through all gears good and smooth. Does not jump out of any gear. Reverse gear is good also. Clutch is good and strong. Interior is Nice, Seats are in nice condition. Driver seat slides back for more comfort. I am 6FT tall and have no trouble driving this car. Rear Seat is nice, Its removable to access the battery compartment. Head Lights, Tail Lights, will work...BUT needs a New switch, Switch is cheap and needs replacing. Brake lights work, Turn signals work. AM FM CD radio is installed, It works. The Body is in good clean condition. I don't see any cracks. Paint is nice. Windshield is nice. Tires all have good tread, 80% tread. Rims are Chrome, But will need cleaning, Center Caps Will Not Clean, they have surface rust on all 4. But they are just plain cheap chrome caps. The BRAKES on this car work good, BUT THEY STICK, Brakes will need adjusting, This is just from buggy being stored in my shop. When you press on brake pedal, car stops good, but the brakes don't release all the way, you can feel a drag on them. =========================================================================== I have a CLEAR South Carolina Title in hand. This is an auction for a 1993 Range Rover Classic powered by a 3.9 EFI V8. The Classic bodywork has been replaced by a Traka kit which is produced by NCF Motors, England. The Traka bolts directly onto a Range Rover 100" chassis. It is lightweight and the roll cage is manufactured from 48mm BS1387 MSA approved tube. CHASSIS : 1993 Range Rover 100" wheelbase. Front and rear overhangs removed. Chassis is perfect and has never been repaired. All suspension mounts remain standard Range Rover. ENGINE : 3.9 EFI V8. 185 bhp at 4750rpm. 235lb/ft of torque at 2600rpm. Perfect working order. No oil loss or overheating. Excellent oil pressure. Just rebuilt with all gaskets and seals replaced. Heads slightly skimmed. New cam, hydraulic lifters, timing chain and sprockets. New valve springs. New plugs and leads. I have a very comprehensive service history for this vehicle. SUSPENSION AND AXLES : Fully rebuilt front and rear axles. New, black Teflon coated front swivels, gaiter protected. New polybushings. 4 X new spring, 4 X new shocks. Even though the springs are standard height and loading, they give a slightly stiffer ride due to the dramatic weight reduction over a standard Range Rover. BRAKES : Standard Range Rover. New discs all round. Rebuilt calipers with new seals and stainless steel pistons. New pads. Stainless Goodridge hoses. New brake lines. New master cylinder and servo. WHEELS/TYRES :BF Goodrich All Terrains 33X12.5 R15. Spare is new with 13.5 mm of tread, the rest showing 11mm. Black, steel modular rims. The black tube frame becomes as much styling element as protective system, with the powdercoated pieces forming a cage around the entire car, including the driver, engine, and front suspension. There's no way of knowing how many miles are on it, but it looks quite fresh and hasn't been neglected or abused and is in just the right condition to enjoy without worries. Plenty of LED lighting, including a big light bar along the roof line, a pair of side pods that double as side mirrors, and a single headlight up front all give it a purposeful look and the ability to light the road like a flamethrower. Bare-bones describes the interior, but once you're strapped into the form-hugging bucket seat, it's like you and the machine have become one. Just think about turning and the car is already doing it and you can almost feel every single pebble that rolls under the tires, giving you unparalleled control. The cage makes it feel safe and sturdy and you do have protective panels all around, so you're not getting blasted by debris kicked up by the tires. You also get a pretty comprehensive array of gauges to monitor all the important vitals, a shifter just to your right, and a fat steering wheel that's directly connected to the front wheels for instantaneous response. Trunk? Nope. Roof? None. Windows? Are you kidding? Just the basics needed for going fast in the rough. The engine is a 1600 cc Volkswagen air-cooled flat four with a bunch of upgrades to help it build relatively big power. Of course, in a flyweight vehicle like this, the VW's performance is very energetic and thanks to parts from EMPI such as the exhaust system, intake manifold, and carburetor, there's power on tap at just about any speed. A fuel cell feeds the stout little four cylinder and doesn't worry about spillage in the rough and the 4-speed manual transmission has just the right ratios to make it fun at any speed. The suspension was especially designed for long travel to make the ride remarkably cushy and with its diminutive size, even those modes 215/75/15 tires look gigantic. This is a 2000 Chevy Tracker which is a great alternative to the overpriced Wranglers. This is not our typical offering but I have a soft spot for the tracker. When I was younger I had several of them and I beat the heck out of them. One I used as a dune buggy for years, it was jumped in the air, sunk in a pond, rolled, smashed, beaten, and flogged, but it just wouldn't die. To this day I have never seen a car take the unbelievable abuse I put that truck thought and still start every single time. That being said, these are hard trucks to find so whenever I come across a clean one I try to pick it up and put it on the lot. As you can see from our inventory we pick our cars and trucks carefully based on condition both mechanically and cosmetically, while this isn't our typical car, it is still picked with the same quality standards. This is a great truck with some cool options and a nice set of black rims that really look awesome. Upon getting this truck in, we serviced it, washed/waxed it, and snapped the pictures. The tires are in almost new shape and the brakes look good on the truck as well, all accessories on the truck are operable and the interior is very clean. This particular truck has an aftermarket stereo with DVD player, bluetooth and navigation. this was a project I never got the time to finish I was going to rat rod it out but just never had time it had a lot of rust floor pans and rockers were gone so I welded in new floor pans and fabricated rockers they are not factory rockers but give it a lot of structure it was running and driving when started all this I have purchased a lot of new parts carb starter distributer it has extra front end new shocks frontend parts brake lines fuel line 2 sets front seat I have all 4 fender with lights and there are rusty would take a lot of work to fix but they are there 2new dune buggy lights 4 wheel adapters and other stuff all my vw stuff will go with it the frame for the top is there as well comes with a florida title and a bill of sale
