This 2003 BMW 540iA M Sport is in perfect condition from what is otherwise pictured. Someone pulled out in front of me a few days ago. It was never in an accident until then. Other body parts are in mint condition. 3 wheels are slightly scuffed. Engine runs like a sewing machine, transmission is sound. Oil changed on time, every time. Work was done by a BMW Certified mechanic. I got it a year 1/2 ago with 99k miles on it. It was owned by an older gentlemen who had all service records down to the cup holders replaced. I replaced them again. (Common problem) AC is freezing cold, new power steering hoses, interior is MINT all speakers sound amazing, carpets are perfect, wood trim isn't scratched, the freakin' cigarette lighter & ashtray (Never used) is THERE and the little door opens perfectly. EVERYTHING except the seats work wonky. It was near perfect then, but I fixed brake lines, new Dunlop DZ102 tires a month ago, new guibo, new hoses, and gaskets about $2000 worth of work on gaskets and belts on the motor. Never burned oil, drives like a charm, in fact I drove it to the Body Shop after the accident. Has all manuals, even the VHS tape it came with. It has Navigation, 6 disc changer, the only thing left to fix on this car was the seats, they worked but were a little wonky. (Common problem) There was 980 Sterling Gray M Sports in the world, 408 were Automatic and in this color, this was one of them. I planned on driving it for another 60-100k before this happened. Other body panels, engine, M Getrag transmission, M Suspension, navigation, interior, fenders, doors, door panels, all hoses, belts, M Steering wheel, airbags, TONS of money still in parts on this car. It will be an awesome vehicle to someone that needs everything it has. I'm asking $4000 or best reasonable offer. One headlamp assembly is worth $8-900 by itself. This is nightmare for me, so please only reply if you're serious about making a serious offer on a car that will truly fit your needs for parts. I won't part it out, I don't have the time for that. Parted out, you could get $8-9000 in just the big parts.
