The remaining amount shall be delivered to Buyer in full satisfaction of any claims relating to the Trade. (c) In the event that Buyer pursues any claim for rescission of this transaction, Seller shall have the right to set off against Buyer’s damages or to assert as an independent claim, a claim for the reasonable value of Buyer’s use of the vehicle, including depreciation and mileage of the Vehicle. If any term of this Order is held to be unconscionable or unenforceable, for any reason, by any court of competent jurisdiction, this Order shall be construed as if such clause were never a part of this Order and the balance of the terms of this Order shall be binding on the parties. The waiver or invalidity of any provision of this Order shall not effect the binding nature of the remaining provisions. No breach of this Order by Buyer shall be deemed waived unless such waiver is agreed to by Seller in writing. The parties agree that any modification of this Order must be made in writing and signed by the parties in order to be valid. Headlining the act is the new SRT Hellcat, which gets a supercharged V8 engine good for a rather outlandish 707 hp. On all Challengers, you'll find new styling details, a revised and upgraded interior and a new eight-speed automatic transmission. Introduction Paying homage to the past while still being fully up to date is a pretty tough feat, yet the 2015 Dodge Challenger manages to do just that. This retro-styled muscle car sports updated styling this year. That seeming oxymoron means it has swapped out its previous 1970-style grille and taillights for 1971-inspired units that, to our eyes, work even better. Yet underneath those classic lines the Challenger is completely modern with its keyless ignition, infotainment system and eight-speed automatic transmission, the latter allowing a big coupe with a near-500-hp V8 to earn a 25 mpg highway rating. This year also brings a much-improved interior with higher-quality materials, and that new infotainment system is the same highly regarded 8.4-inch touchscreen interface used in most other Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep products. The Challenger's base V6 engine carries over, but there's a new Challenger R/T "Scat Pack" edition, which provides the same 485-hp V8 as the SRT 392 but at a lower price point. Rumbling in with the biggest stick of all is the new SRT Hellcat, which sends a pavement-rippling 707 hp and 650 pound-feet of torque to the rear wheels via a supercharged 6.2-liter V8. Put one of these boffo V8 engines under the hood of just about any car and you'd be guaranteed of having something that's a blast to drive. But what really impresses us is the Challenger's measure of practicality. Unlike its admittedly smaller Chevy and Ford rivals, the Challenger offers an adult-friendly backseat, a large trunk and a quiet, comfortable ride that all make this boulevard bruiser a fine daily driver and road tripper. True, the 2015 Dodge Challenger isn't quite as athletic when you're driving enthusiastically around tight turns. The Chevrolet Camaro and Ford Mustang boast sharper handling (particularly in their respective track-oriented Z/28 and GT350 guises) and simply aren't as bulky. But they also have tight backseats and firmer rides. All three of these cars are very impressive. But it's the Challenger that best represents the modern take of a classic American muscle car. EPA fuel economy estimates stand at 23 mpg combined (19 city/30 highway). The Challenger R/T gets a 5.7-liter V8 and a standard six-speed manual transmission that harnesses 375 hp and 410 lb-ft. When hooked up to the available eight-speed automatic, the V8's output drops slightly to 372 hp and 400 lb-ft. In Edmunds testing, a manual-equipped Challenger R/T went from zero to 60 mph in 5.8 seconds. Although that's respectable, it's still about a second slower than what you can expect from a V8-powered Camaro or Mustang. Fuel economy is 19 mpg combined (16/25) for the automatic and 18 mpg combined (15/23) with the manual. The Challenger R/T Scat Pack and SRT models get their swagger from a 6.4-liter V8 that produces 485 hp and 475 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed manual is standard and an eight-speed automatic is optional. In Edmunds testing, a manual-equipped SRT 392 went from zero to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds, which is impressively quick, if still a bit off the pace of the top Camaro or Mustang. SRT fuel economy estimates stand at 18 mpg combined (15/25) for the automatic and 17 mpg combined (14/23) for the manual. The Challenger SRT Hellcat packs a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 that cranks out 707 hp and 650 lb-ft. With only so much traction available from the 275-width rear tires (the Viper, with less power, has 335-width rear tires), we got a 0-60 time of 4.1 seconds with the automatic. More telling of this car's capability is the 11.9-second, 123.4-mph quarter-mile performance. The EPA says you'll get 16 mpg combined with either transmission. Safety Every 2015 Dodge Challenger comes standard with antilock disc brakes, stability and traction control, active front head restraints, front side airbags and side curtain airbags. Rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alerts and a forward collision warning system are available. The added functionality of the 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen potentially includes remote vehicle access, emergency assistance and stolen vehicle locating. In Edmunds brake testing, an R/T came to a stop from 60 mph in 111 feet, a short distance, though that's typical for a performance car with summer-rated tires. An SRT8 392 did even better, at 106 feet, while a Hellcat was right there with 108 feet. A driver-centric theme is evident in the canted center console and configurable central dash display. Automatic-transmission cars sport a T-handle that recalls the selector used in the original 1970s Challenger. Moreover, the small-diameter, well-contoured steering wheel makes for a pleasant interface between car and driver. Overall materials quality is very good, and the dash features handsome metallic accents. Another notable improvement is the use of Dodge's superb 8.4-inch, multifunction touchscreen. It features large virtual buttons, an intuitive layout and fairly quick responses. Even the base 5-inch screen works pretty well. The front seats in most Challengers are wide and flat, which doesn't do much for lateral support, but they're comfy for long-distance drives. The sport seats have better side bolstering and are also covered in leather and simulated suede. The backseat is remarkably roomy for two adults, with good headroom and decent legroom. It also features a 60/40-split-folding back, a fold-down armrest and even a middle seat for tiny or exceptionally good-natured folks. The trunk is also generously sized; at 16.2 cubic feet, the Challenger's cargo hold is positively enormous for this segment, rivaling some large sedans for hauling capacity. Our chief complaint with the interior involves rearward visibility, which is tough due to the Challenger's high beltline and chunky rear roof pillars. However, the available rearview camera and parking sensors are a huge help when maneuvering into a parking spot. Driving Impressions One of the 2015 Dodge Challenger's signature traits is its excellent ride quality. You could take this big coupe on an all-day road trip and feel as if you never left your sofa. The default suspension tuning of the base SXT is pretty floaty, however. As such, we recommend springing at least for the SXT Plus, as it includes firmer underpinnings. Otherwise, the Challenger actually handles rather well. This is especially true of the higher-performance versions, which provide a crisp, responsive and confident drive on a curvy road. Still, none of them will let you forget about the car's sheer bulk, especially on narrow roads. The Mustang and Camaro are more agile and less imposing around tighter turns. The V6 model is obviously less thrilling than the V8s, but with 305 horses on tap, it can certainly hold its own. If you've got one of the V8s under the hood, though, you'll be treated to a proper muscle car experience. The standard R/T's 5.7-liter V8 accelerates smartly and makes lovely noises, while the Scat Pack, SRT 392 and SRT Hellcat's gonzo V8s are off the charts in both respects. Although the manual transmission is easy to operate, it does have somewhat long throws and doesn't like to be rushed. Buyer warrants that the Trade is in good operating condition and that it has not suffered accident or collision damage of which Buyer is aware. (c) Buyer warrants that Buyer has and will maintain full liability and comprehensive insurance coverage on the Vehicle.(d) Buyer warrants that this Order and any accompanying finance documents are complete and accurate at the time the Buyer signed them. (e) Buyer warrants that Buyer is over the age of 18, of sound mind, not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol and is otherwise competent to enter into this transaction. In addition to all other rights and remedies available to Seller at law or in equity, Seller has the following rights and remedies under this Order: (a) Reclamation. – Seller may enter into Buyer’s property and reclaim the Vehicle with or without notification to Buyer. Seller may also make a written demand on Seller to return the Vehicle and Buyer agrees to do so within 24 hours of such demand. (b) Disposition of Trade – Buyer agrees that immediately upon Buyer’s execution of this Order, Seller may dispose of Buyer’s Trade in any commercially reasonable manner, including the sale of the Trade to a third party, retail or wholesale. (c) In the event that Buyer pursues any claim for rescission of this transaction, Seller shall have the right to set off against Buyer’s damages or to assert as an independent claim, a claim for the reasonable value of Buyer’s use of the vehicle, including depreciation and mileage of the Vehicle. If any term of this Order is held to be unconscionable or unenforceable, for any reason, by any court of competent jurisdiction, this Order shall be construed as if such clause were never a part of this Order and the balance of the terms of this Order shall be binding on the parties. The waiver or invalidity of any provision of this Order shall not effect the binding nature of the remaining provisions. No breach of this Order by Buyer shall be deemed waived unless such waiver is agreed to by Seller in writing. The parties agree that any modification of this Order must be made in writing and signed by the parties in order to be valid. Buyer agrees that if the Vehicle is to be shipped, that shipping is Buyer’s responsibility. To the extent that Seller assists Buyer in arranging for shipping, such arrangements are made as a courtesy to Buyer and do not create any liability or responsibility on the part of Seller. The madness will have to stop at some point, but for now, the RAM HDs 6.7-liter Cummins turbodiesel is at a ridiculous 865 lb-ft of torque and counting. Fuel Economy The RAM 3500 offers three engines. Standard is a 5.7-liter HEMI V8 rated at 383 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. Drivers who want more power can step up to a new 6.4-liter V8, which boasts 410 hp and 429 lb-ft. For the most taxing jobs, theres a 6.7-liter Cummins turbodiesel inline 6-cylinder, which cranks out up to 370 hp and 865 lb-ft of torque with a 6-speed automatic, or 350 hp and 660 lb-ft with a manual. The Environmental Protection Agency doesnt test heavy-duty trucks for fuel economy, but dont get your hopes up as far as fuel costs go. Wed expect around 11 miles per gallon in the city with any engine, or 17 mpg on the highway. Standard Features & Options The RAM 3500 HD offers four trim levels: a base-level Tradesman, a midlevel SLT and luxurious Laramie and Laramie Longhorn models. The RAM 3500 Tradesman ($31,900) is a commercial-oriented workhorse that doesnt include much. Standard features include crank windows, manual door locks, vinyl floor covering and vinyl upholstery. The truck does, however, include air conditioning, cruise control, and a USB port and auxiliary jack for music. Next up is the RAM 3500 SLT ($36,000), which adds cloth upholstery, power accessories, heated mirrors, chrome trim and satellite radio. From there, drivers can upgrade to the RAM 3500 Laramie ($46,200), which is offered as a Crew Cab or an even longer Mega Cab. It boasts features such as dual-zone automatic climate control, a rearview camera, a center-mounted 8.4-inch touchscreen, power adjustable pedals, heated and ventilated front seats, leather upholstery and chrome alloy wheels. Safety The 2015 RAM 3500 HD comes with 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes and four airbags (front and full-length side-curtain). The 2015 Charger also adopts a host of new electronic driver aids and safety features, including a frontal collision warning and mitigation system. Introduction Already a unique choice in the full-size sedan market, the Dodge Charger has been thoroughly updated for 2015. On the surface, the changes bring increased refinement to this large, retro-themed sedan. New front- and rear-end styling gives the Charger a sleeker appearance, while the overhauled interior features higher-quality materials and a larger selection of advanced electronics features. On the other hand, a quartet of new V8 models, including the outlandish Charger Hellcat and its 707-hp supercharged V8, dial up the big Dodges performance to the point that youll wonder if youve been transported back to the original muscle car era. However, even if you stick with a V6-equipped 2015 Dodge Charger, youll find the acceleration satisfyingly brisk, the ride smooth and forgiving and the handling impressively well-controlled given the cars ample weight and dimensions. Of course, its the three V8 engines that are bound to grab your attention. The least potent still makes 370 hp, and although speed is the headline grabber, the 485-hp V8 in the Charger R/T Scat Pack and SRT 392 trims is capable of 25 mpg on the highway thanks to the newly standard eight-speed automatic transmission. You probably wont see 25 mpg in the 707-hp Charger SRT Hellcat, but we expect that anyone drawn to this specialized Dodge Charger will be far more interested in the cars inclination toward John-Force-style burnouts. The Hellcat, of course, is not for the faint of heart nor the empty of wallet, as its more than double the price of a base V6 Charger. Even in this price territory, though, you wont find anything with four doors that matches the Charger Hellcats almost unreal potential of speed, much less its bad-boy personality. Regardless of which model you choose, theres plenty of room to stretch out in the 2015 Charger (though intrusion from the driveshaft makes it tough to get three adults in back), and it has one of the best touchscreen-based electronics interfaces available in a vehicle of any price. For 2015, Dodge has packed in desirable new technology features. A keyless ignition and entry system is standard on all models, and the list of available safety aids now includes lane-keeping assist and frontal collision mitigation. Among the few downsides to the Dodge Charger is lousy rearward visibility, so the available rearview camera is basically a necessity. And if fuel economy is a priority, the Chargers V8-heavy lineup probably wont win favor with you. Still, the 2015 Dodge Charger demands your consideration if youre shopping for an affordable full-size sedan, particularly if you want one with rear-wheel drive and V8 power. You wont find many cars that match the 2015 Chargers attributes, but the Chevrolet SS, another rear-drive sedan with a potent V8 of its own, can run with the SRT models. For a more luxurious approach, theres the Chargers corporate and mechanically related sibling, the Chrysler 300. Among the many front-wheel-drive options in this class, theres the Chevrolet Impala, which has a similarly roomy interior and a wealth of easy-to-live-with tech features, and the Kia Cadenza, a value-packed relative newcomer thats smooth and refined. No Video Content Body Styles, Trim Levels, and Options The 2015 Dodge Charger is a full-size sedan offered in SE, SXT, R/T, R/T Road & Track, R/T Scat Pack, SRT 392 and SRT Hellcat trims. All models are rear-wheel drive, but the SE and SXT offer optional all-wheel drive. We achieved an impressive 25.6 mpg on the Edmunds evaluation route. In Edmunds testing, an R/T Scat Pack went from zero to 60 mph in 4.8 seconds. Finally, the 2015 Charger SRT Hellcat has a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 under its aluminum hood. This engine pumps out a walloping 707 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque and is paired with an even more robust version of the eight-speed automatic transmission capable of shouldering its enormous torque load. At our test track, the SRT Hellcat sprinted to 60 mph in a blistering 4.1 seconds. The EPA estimates fuel economy for the SRT Hellcat at 16 mpg combined (13/22). Safety Standard safety features for the Charger include stability and traction control, antilock disc brakes, front-seat side-impact airbags, a driver knee airbag, side curtain airbags and active front head restraints. Standard on some Charger models and optional for others are rear parking sensors and a rearview camera. Optional advanced safety features include a blind-spot warning system with rear cross-traffic alerts, a lane-departure warning system with lane-keeping assist and a frontal collision warning and mitigation system thats bundled with adaptive cruise control. The frontal collision mitigation system can initiate automatic braking at all speeds if the driver does not respond in a potential collision situation. During Edmunds brake testing, a Charger R/T Scat Pack came to a stop from 60 mph in 111 feet, which is typical for a performance car with summer tires. The SRT Hellcat stopped from 60 in an impressively short 106 feet. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety awarded the 2015 Charger its highest rating of "Good" in the moderate-overlap frontal-offset, side-impact and roof-strength crash tests. The Chargers seat/head restraint design was also rated "Good" for whiplash protection in rear impacts. However, the Charger received a "Marginal" score (second-worst of four) in the small-overlap frontal-offset crash test. Interior Design and Special Features Although the 2015 Dodge Charger is oriented toward performance, its restyled cabin is generally appealing with extensive use of quality materials, though you will notice some rather large expanses of plastic in the less expensive models. Although this is a thoroughly modern interior, there are retro-inspired touches here and there, including the T-handle shifter for the automatic transmission. Were also fans of the 8.4-inch touchscreen interface, as it has large "virtual" buttons, an intuitive layout and fairly quick responses. Trim levels and equipment have also been shuffled. Introduction The 2015 Dodge Durango is one of our favorite options for a six- or seven-passenger SUV. The current generation not only has the roomy seating and polished ride that you'd expect in a family-oriented, three-row utility vehicle, it also has an optional V8 engine and impressive tow ratings that you typically see only on larger, more traditional SUVs. For 2015, Dodge has updated the Durango to help it keep up with the competition in this price range. Although the even more aggressive styling is what you'll notice first, it's the less obvious changes that make the biggest difference on the 2015 Dodge Durango. The changes in the cabin are particularly striking, as the Durango gets an all-new instrument panel and an updated dash that accommodates a large, intuitive 8.4-inch touchscreen that uses an upgraded version of the company's Uconnect system to provide smartphone app integration, text-to-speech capability for text messages and a more robust voice control interface. High-quality interior surfaces abound, and much like its Jeep Grand Cherokee cousin, the 2015 Durango feels decidedly upscale for its class. On the mechanical side, the 2015 Durango has a new eight-speed automatic transmission, which serves up impressively smooth shifts while providing a numerically small but still significant improvement in EPA fuel economy ratings. The new transmission also makes better use of what power the base V6 engine has to offer -- although we've steered consumers toward the more powerful V8 in past years, a V6 Durango merits stronger consideration in 2015 due to its more energetic performance. Of course, we'd still recommend the V8 if you intend to take frequent advantage of the 2015 Dodge Durango's towing capability, which, along with its rich interior is one of the best reasons to consider this SUV. However, the Durango doesn't provide as much cargo room as most of its rivals, and its ride quality and handling aren't quite up to snuff, either. Well-regarded family crossovers like the 2015 Chevrolet Traverse, 2015 Mazda CX-9 and 2015 Toyota Highlander offer considerably more capacity, a smoother ride and more capable handling. The updated 2015 Durango is appealing for its bold styling and refined interior, but its shortcomings elsewhere should also be considered. No Video Content Body Styles, Trim Levels, and Options The 2015 Dodge Durango large crossover SUV is available in four trim levels: SXT, Limited, R/T and Citadel. You'll also come across Durangos with Rallye badging; the Rallye is an equipment package on the SXT. Seven-passenger seating is standard across the board; optional second-row captain's chairs reduce capacity to six. Standard equipment on the SXT includes 18-inch alloy wheels, automatic headlights, foglights, roof rails, heated sideview mirrors, full power accessories, cruise control, tri-zone automatic climate control (includes separate rear air-conditioning), a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, cloth upholstery, a fold-flat front passenger seat, a 60/40-split-folding and reclining second-row seat, a 50/50-split-folding third-row seat, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, and a six-speaker sound system with a 5-inch touchscreen display, satellite radio, and USB and auxiliary inputs. Several option packages are available on the Durango SXT. The 23B package adds roof-rail crossbars, upgraded cloth upholstery, an eight-way power driver seat with four-way lumbar, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and satellite radio. The Popular Equipment Group adds heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, a rearview camera, rear parking sensors and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. The Rallye package adds 20-inch wheels, polished exhaust tips and additional body-color exterior trim while deleting the roof rails. The Limited has most of the above equipment as standard but reverts to 18-inch wheels. It also comes with a remote ignition, leather upholstery, driver memory settings, a six-way power passenger seat, a 115-volt power outlet and an 8.4-inch touchscreen display with an upgraded version of Dodge's Uconnect system. The latter includes voice control, text-to-speech messaging capability, emergency roadside assistance, streaming Internet radio (delayed availability) and 3G Wi-Fi capability (via an extra-cost contract). The larger touchscreen and related infotainment features are optional on the SXT. The R/T essentially includes the upgrades of the Limited (minus the roof rails) along with a V8 engine, 20-inch alloy wheels, a sport-tuned suspension, xenon headlights (low beams only), body-color accents (similar to the Rallye), a power liftgate and an upgraded nine-speaker sound system. The Citadel reverts to a less aggressive suspension tune and a standard V6 engine, but otherwise builds on the R/T's equipment list, adding automatic high-beam control, automatic wipers, a sunroof, a power tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, an eight-way power front-passenger seat, ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and a navigation system with traffic updates and a Yelp-based search engine. All these amenities are optional on the R/T. Optional on both the R/T and Citadel is the Technology Group, which includes adaptive cruise control, a forward collision warning/mitigation system and a blind-spot warning system with rear cross-traffic alerts. Also available on these trims is a rear-seat Blu-ray/DVD entertainment system with dual video screens and an HDMI input. Options for the whole lineup include a towing package, a skid-plate package (except R/T) and an in-dash CD player. Powertrains and Performance The 2015 Dodge Durango is offered with either a V6 or V8 engine, and all models come with an eight-speed automatic transmission. While the SXT only comes with the V6 and the R/T only comes with the V8, the Limited and Citadel trims can be equipped with either one. Depending on the model, rear-wheel drive, all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive is available. The light-duty AWD system is only available with the V6 engine. The on-demand 4WD system features dual-range gearing (which makes it more capable on rugged terrain) and is standard with the V8 engine. The 3.6-liter V6 engine is rated at 290 horsepower (295 hp with the Rallye package) and 260 pound-feet of torque. The EPA's estimated fuel economy is 20 mpg combined (18 city/25 highway) with rear-wheel drive and 19 mpg combined (17/24) with all-wheel drive. In Edmunds testing, a Durango equipped with the V6 and rear-wheel drive went from zero to 60 mph in 7.8 seconds, an average time for the class. The 5.7-liter V8 is good for 360 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque. Rear-drive models are rated at 17 mpg combined (14 city/23 highway), while 4WD versions are rated at 16 mpg combined (14/22). Properly equipped, a V8 Durango can tow up to 7,400 pounds, while the V6 version tops out at 6,200 pounds -- in either case, far more than most rival crossover SUVs can tow. Safety Antilock disc brakes, stability and traction control, trailer sway control, front side airbags and full-length side curtain airbags are standard on every 2015 Dodge Durango. A rearview camera and parking sensors are optional on the SXT and standard on all other Durangos. Models with Uconnect Access (included with the 8.4-inch touchscreen) have an emergency telematics system that connects you with 911 operators at the touch of a button and provides stolen vehicle tracking. Optional on the Limited, Citadel and R/T is a blind-spot monitoring system with cross-traffic alerts. The Technology Group, available on R/T and Citadel models, now includes a more advanced forward collision warning and mitigation system that automatically applies the brakes in potential collision situations. In government tests, the Durango received four out of a possible five stars for overall protection, with four stars for total frontal impact safety and five stars for total side-impact protection. In Insurance Institute for Highway Safety tests, the Durango earned the highest possible rating of "Good" for its performance in moderate-overlap frontal-offset, side-impact and roof strength crash tests. Its seat and head restraint design was also rated "Good" for whiplash protection in rear impacts. In Edmunds testing a Durango in Limited trim with the V6 engine and rear-wheel drive came to a stop from 60 mph in 124 feet, which is longer than its chief competitors, but still acceptable in this segment. Interior Design and Special Features Modern and functional, the 2015 Dodge Durango's cabin has been designed with families in mind. Regardless of trim level, the design is attractive and features upscale materials. With this latest update to the Durango, materials quality is now class-leading, and the cabin has an uncommonly elegant feel for this class. The available 8.4-inch touchscreen display is attractive and easy to use. The gauges look better, too, with crisp graphics and a useful trip computer display. The front seats are roomy and comfortable, but the standard second-row bench has rather flat cushioning (which helps promote a flatter load floor when the seat is folded) and doesn't offer quite as much legroom as roomier rivals. The optional second-row captain's chairs, however, are as comfortable and roomy as the front seats. Access to the third row requires a moderate squeeze past the middle seats, even with the fold-and-tumble captain's chairs, but it's no more taxing than other SUVs in this class. As in its rivals, the third row seats are also confining for adults, and those low-mounted seat cushions make them better suited to smaller passengers. With the second- and third-row seats folded down, the Durango can carry up to 84.5 cubic feet of cargo. This is a respectable amount, but competing large crossover SUVs like the Chevy Traverse and Mazda CX-9 offer considerably more cargo space. Driving Impressions Thanks in part to its light steering effort, the 2015 Dodge Durango is fairly easy to back into a parking spot, but unfortunately it remains light at higher speeds, too. This translates to a rather disconnected feeling from a twisting mountain road. The Durango is still as well mannered as any other SUV in these conditions, though it isn't as confidence-inspiring as you might think given Dodge's sporty brand image. We've also found the Durango's ride quality to be pretty mediocre when driving on stretches of rough pavement. Competitors like the Highlander or Ford Explorer are generally more comfortable. Low-end torque is not a strong suit of the V6, but once the Dodge Durango is moving, the engine pulls respectably. Midrange acceleration is adequate for passing and merging, and there's a noticeable improvement in responsiveness with the new eight-speed automatic transmission. This Order supersedes any and all prior and contemporaneous verbal or written agreements, representations and/or understandings between Buyer and Seller.
