I am selling an ALL original, one owner 1967 Galaxie 500. I took this in a trade a couple months back. I drive it a couple times a week to work and on date night with the wife. (only selling to fund our 4th kids birth. I bought it from the next door neighbor of the original owner.(Chatsworth GA) I saw the garage it resting in its whole life. She stored it under bed sheets any time she wasn't driving it. The original owner sold it to her good friend, the neighbor 2 years ago. I also have all repair records over the last 50 years. It is an all original car, paint, interior and drivetrain with factory air. (ac does not work) It has a 390 with auto transmission that runs and drives great. You will not find a cleaner original Galaxie around. NO rust. It will blow your mind how clean this car is. If you are an all original guy this is the car for you. Cosmetically, it is as clean as you can find for a 67 all original. I wouldn't touch a thing, Mechanical, runs really well. Transmittion shifts perfect. From what I can see looks like about 2 or 3 drops of oil every few days in my garage. Only things that don't work is the ac and the fuel gauge. 35k original miles. There are two small spots where the paint chipped off and it has surface rust only. The tires have some dry rot but perfectly fine for around town driving. 1971 Ford LTD 2 door - 429 big block car. Original 2 bbl. 429-2v 320 hp. 460 ft lb torque (factory rated) Car is an original Tennessee car and is still here. Located in Nashville. Very little rust, mainly under the Original Vinyl top. Original paint...top was white and has been painted black...everything else is original..grill was blacked out. New shocks all around, New wheels 15x10 rear with new tires 275 60's cobras (white letters on inside) New wheels up front 15x8 with new tires 245 60's Cooper cobras as well..(white letters turned inside also) wheels and tires have maybe 300 miles on them. New lugs all around. New sway bar drop links. Interior is all original with the exception of new carpet and a vintage Fm transmitter..everything works except clock. Radio and transmitter both work well. Driver seat bottom shows some wear. New passenger window motor. All 4 power windows work. Under the hood is the original drive train. 429 big block 2 barrel car. Runs great..always starts up. Could use a good day in the garage if you want to freshen it up....Everything looks pretty original. Leaks a little coolant when parked ( I believe it may be the radiator end tank and possibly one of the old hoses on the firewall.) This just started after I covered it for winter. Transmission shifts well...Exhaust is dualed out and sounds great! ( Will need a new AC compressor..belt squeals when you turn it on. ) Heat works great.. Will come with some new front 2" drop springs from Moog. Great project car....drive it while you work on it. I took it out quite a bit this Summer and Fall...Has been under a cover most of the winter ( I wish i had room in the garage for it).
