This is a well-maintained 2012 Ford Focus SE hatchback I purchased certified pre-owned from a Ford dealer off a lease with only ~6,100 miles on it so it's been with me for most of its life and I am the second owner. I have taken meticulous care of this vehicle and it shows in the photos. The car is in excellent mechanical condition and the interior is in immaculate condition. The exterior is in very good condition but there is a minor dent in the front driver side fender (see picture) and two tiny dings in the front passenger door (too small to see in a photo and they were there when I purchased the car). I installed a removable/temporary clear "bra" protector over most of the front of the car soon after I purchased it to protect it from rocks, road debris etc so it's in good shape but still shows some minor signs of wear and tear. I also have factory Ford Motorcraft touch-up paint for the car. The car has been regularly maintained by a local Ford dealer and I have all service records. Most of the 63k miles have been efficient highway miles with very little around-town driving so the car feels tight and solid and there is plenty of tread left on the tires. It averages almost 36 miles per gallon so it's great on gas. The aftermarket satellite radio wiring you see in some of the photos will be removed prior to sale and does not come with the car. We have a 2005 F 350 Dump truck 12 ft bed 4x4 with only 68,766 actual miles. The spark plugs have been changed 1 year ago oil changes 3000 miles regardless or every 4 months, has a poly floor which is strong and allows material to flow easily NO ROT I recently had a local trailer shop put on a new pump for the dump the old one I believe the pa block went bad, Truck came with a plow but I do not plow it isn't on truck please disregard the picture with it on. Tires are in good condition none will need attention for 15000 miles or so. Truck sold for 11000.00 but buyer had never bought anything and has not communicated I did file a claim with ebay to exclude him or her from my listing again. Truck is being sold locally so I do reserve the right to end the sale early. I can help with shipping but payment in full must be made before vehicle is released. The reason I m selling is , I have a full time job and the business that I used this for landscaping is to much for me to handle so I decided to discontinue at the end of this year.
