1995 Ford Bronco XL Bronco with Cummins diesel engine

I installed the diesel engine about 10 years ago and have traveled extensively since. The vehicle is set up for towing a travel trailer. It has a "Pul-Rite" swinging arc trailer hitch that eliminates trailer sway, a Tekonsha brake controller, additional transmission cooler, etc. The transmission was completely rebuilt approximately 25,000 miles ago. Also, it has virtually new Michelin LTX truck tires (all terrain). Everything works excep the cruise control, which has never been reconfigured for the diesel engine. I love this truck, but need the $$ for a house down payment. It is a "one of a kind" vehicle, so check your state for any restrictions on registering a modified vehicle. It is currently registered in Oregon. The vehicle is located in southern CA. I will deduct the cost of your travel from the purchase price. Selling my 1996 Ford Bronco XLT with 126,000 miles. The 5.8L V8 engine starts and runs perfectly and sounds awesome! Interior is in EXCELLENT condition with black leather seats. All electrical works at it should, including rear window switch (rare) and quad fog lights. The exterior is on good condition with few issues typical for a 20 year old truck. There is an intermittent driveline “squeak” and some rust underneath, but the overall the driveline is solid and in good shape, and the 4WD works as it should. The truck needs new shocks, however the tires (33x12.5x15 BFG All-Terrains) are BRAND NEW, along with new Ultra wheels, a new fiberglass gas tank and new steel gas tank skid plate. 1971 Ford Bronco that I have owned since March 2010. Perfect entry Bronco for someone who doesn't want to break the bank on a totally restored truck, but doesn't want to drive a beater that needs work. Aesthetically it looks good and it runs great...can be a daily driver. Paint is in decent shape. Some rust, and engine shows some weathering. Some dings on the exterior that give it some character, but nothing crazy. Interior is extremely clean. Not a pristine Bronco, but far from a project truck....so pricing it right in the middle. The history: I purchased it from a seller in Long Beach, who had purchased it from a seller in Arizona, who originally purchased it from a seller in Santa Monica. So basically, this has been a west coast truck. When I purchased the vehicle it had 35,500 miles on the REBUILT 302 engine. It currently has 43,046 miles (again, this is mileage on the new engine, the frame/body has unknown amount of mileage). I used the truck as my daily driver for two years to go back and forth from the South Bay to Hollywood. For the past two years, it's mainly been stored inside in a storage unit and only driven during the summer for pleasure. Extremely reliable truck, starts up without issue. At one point it sat for two months in storage when I was traveling, and still fired up on my return. The only reason I put it in storage in the first place was because I moved and didn't have a garage and didn't want it to get too weathered down by the beach. Otherwise, it would have been my daily driver for the past 4 years. I'm parting with it because I just don't drive it as much as I used to and can't justify the storage costs. I just had a new battery and spark plugs added, had the radiator flushed, and oil changed. I had all the lights replaced, but do have to still get the new front turn signal harnesses installed so that those are in perfect working order. I'll do that before finalizing the sale. But all hardware is already installed, so you would just need to order a new top and could install yourself) -3" lift -33" BF Goodrich All Terrain tires with good treads -Front and rear rancho shocks -Go Rhino trucks steps on both driver and passenger sides -Windows work great, smooth roll up and down The not so good: -Drum brakes all around. If you've driven with drum brakes, then this shouldn't be an issue. If you haven't, they just take some time to get use to. But they were replaced right before the truck went into storage and are in great shape. -Carburetor, not fuel injected. But has always started up without issue (Edelbrock carburetor) -Gas gauge doesn't work, so just have to note your mileage - Speedometer was never synced up with the lift/increased tire size. So just have to know that you will be going about 10mph slower than what your speedometer says. -No wipers (again, west coast truck that encounters basically no rain, so they were removed for aesthetic purposes) -No radio/stereo or speakers (there was one installed at some point as doors have speaker holes installed) -Drivers side door lock doesn't work, needs a new locking mechanism -Steering is a bit loose, but that is common on these older trucks. -No weather-stripping on driver or passenger side doors. I have brand new stripping with adhesive that will be included, just not installed. I recommend you see the truck in person as I can't get everything across in photos.
