I hate to do this, but I am selling this car. I absolutely love this vehicle but I have to sell due to the transition from military to civilian life. I bought this car about 10 months ago and have been working on it ever since. It ran when I bought it, but it needed repairs. The entire drive train has been pulled and either replaced or rebuilt. The 350 small block runs like a dream and the 4 speed transmission has been completely rebuilt. What's new in it: headers, exhaust, radiator, brakes (including lines), rebuilt Edelbrock 700 CFM carburetor, radio (reproduction of original), and SO much more! You will have to see this car to truly appreciate it. I recently had it at a car show in Hampton and it turned a lot of heads. There were a few owners before me, and I know the engine was replaced 2 owners back. It originally came off the line in '72 as an in-line 6 cylinder. The hatchback version of the '73 SS makes it VERY rare! My preference for payment for this car is CASH, on site, because I like to have people see the vehicle and drive it before any sale is final. Many upgrades... New Dakota digital dash, 4 point harnesses. 350 with mild cam upgrade, Hedman long tube headers. Brand new Edelbrock 600 CFM carburetor. Custom 3" side exit exhaust. TKO 500 5 speed transmission. 3.55 rear gears with added Posi. 15" Rally wheels. Hotchkis 2" lowering springs in front. Upgraded multileaf rear springs. Roof painted green to match lower body. New black carpet. New battery. Battery moved to trunk. Minor rust around rear wheel well, trunk panel. Original body. Floors and trunk in great shape.
