This amazing 1979 Cadillac Biarritz is one of a kind. This vehicle has the 5.7 liter engine, the factory built-in sunroof, it has been re-modified from it original version. The seat has been re-upholstered, new headliner, new seatbelts, new carpet, and floor mats. Also, the roof has new vinyl along with the continental kit that is wrapped in matching vinyl. Texas wire wheels has been added with brand new Vogue tires along with an E&G Classic Grille. The car has its original 8-track radio still in place and a custom box was built for the JVC radio. To my knowledge the lowest mileage original Cadillac convertible in the country. There has been no repaint, remodel or body work done on the car. Paint is beautiful body is straight and the 4100 motor runs great and transmission shifts flawlessly. The top is original and in perfect shape. Due to age I have replaced ball joints, tie rod ends, rubber bushings, front axles and boots, 4 tires, water pump radiator and fuel pump. I had the brake lines flushed and new fluid installed. I had the A/C compressor, dryer and filter replaced to accommodate current EPA approved freon. The car has original radio with cassette and all the factory power options. The car is a real Biarritz as identified by vin #. First year for Cadillac to reintroduce a convertible since 1976. Original price was $33,000.00. I have original sales slip and factory provided books and owners manual. I purchased the car in 1999 with 22, 400 miles on it from the original owner who really was a little old lady who drove it only on Sundays. She never drove it if it rained and cleaned it with Q tips. The car has always been garaged and well maintained. There is no guessing what the reserve is or trying to be highest bidder as it is a fixed price sale and will be sold to the first winning bidder. The car is also for sale locally in Houston area so sale may end early. This would make a great Christmas present your self or that special person. One feels like a celebrity when driving it and is truly a head turner. Feel free to ask any questions about the car or have your mechanic thoroughly check out the car before you buy it.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my ad. I saved the ol' girl from being cut up and sold for parts so she could ride once again. This is a rare Eldo as only 2000 of these were made in 1978 to commemorate the end of the big Eldo's. Out of the 2000, 475 had an electric astro roof, and this has one, and it works(needs new button though! The windows and locks work as well, as does the horn(has been disconnected). That is where my hands on knowledge ends on what works. I was told the car ran not too long ago.There is no radiator and it needs one. It also needs a new ignition switch, steering wheel and steering wheel parts, body work from rust(on sides and in trunk), 1 hubcap(the three I have are in good shape), and whatever else she may need. It is a total restoration and the price to purchase reflects that. I really want her to go to a good home where she can be restored and receive good care and reconditioning. I did buy brand new gold Cadillac keys for her as well as a new battery. All glass is good, back seats in good shape. I pulled up the carriage top around the edges to make sure there was not any additional rust, and there was not. I do NOT have the original keys, and the title is bonded in my name(purchased from a man who won it in a storage auction so I had no choice but to go bonded for 3 years). Pretty much what you see is what you get. I can send you pictures of the rust, just send me a message and I will gladly send,. All reasonable offers will be considered. Located in Pearland, Texas, just south of Houston. I do have my own car hauler, so I can possibly deliver within a 3 to 400 mile radius for a fair price. Lastly, I cannot stress enough that this is a project car. With any car, there are always surprises, good and bad so be prepared. She sat in a storage unit for a while so anything could be possible.
