1972 Mercedes 350sl This car is without a doubt- a Classic..and yet still affordable. As any collector knows, this car’s predecessor has become almost unaffordable as a classic auto, and this model is no doubt destined to follow suit. The 1972 model ‘Panzerwagon” is without doubt the best version of this model, given it’s clean classic lines, more robust engine and small bumpers that prevailed prior to US regulations by the Dept. of Transportation requiring larger, less aesthetic bumpers for impact resistance. This car will double in value over the next ten years and if I didn’t need the garage space, I would keep it myself. This specific car has been a Texas/Oklahoma vehicle it’s whole life and is therefore completely rust free and also accident free with perfectly straight lines and all matching numbers. This car runs and drives as new. It has tight steering, firm brakes and solid tolerances on all doors, windows, trunk, and hood. Everything works as it should. Air conditioner blows ice cold, all lights, horn, wipers, and heater work perfectly. Original clock is the only part that is temperamental. The interior upholstery is immaculate as is the roof liner and soft top. Paint is a 9 out of 10. Car currently has the Bundt wheels but the original wheels and hub caps come with it and are in excellent condition. All Items are original expect for the newer radio required for my daughter’s iPhone. A charging port for said iPhone has also been installed. The seat belts have also been repaired and work flawlessly. All original books are here. The engine is spotless and the transmission shifts flawlessly. I recently put over 5000$ into the engine and drive train of this vehicle along with another 2000$ for the Bundt wheels and new tires. The paint is spotless and original in color. The original wheels and hub caps come with the vehicle as well. The car has 88,643 original miles and should be capable of twice that given the reputation of these vehicles as “bulletproof”.

1979 MERCEDES 450SL This beautiful gray blue metallic (paint code 906) exterior with dark blue pinstripes and dark blue interior is a great color combo. This little “Roadster” has been very well maintained and serviced throughout it’s entire life. It has 71,667 miles on it. The factory service book shows the first service and lube was done at 702 miles on 11-22-78. All of the pages are in order going up to 64,722 miles on 9-24-87. It has only been driven 7,000 miles in the past 26 years. The first service was performed in Overland Park, Ks. and all of the rest in Tulsa, Ok. The previous owner believed he was the 3rd owner. This Mercedes is a southern car with solid body, rocker panels and floor and trunk pans (no rust). The windshield is original to the car and still retains the original Daimler sticker that was only available on the original glass. The following are brand new: · Soft Top · Tires · Complete Exhaust System · Shock Absorbers It is equipped with power steering, power brakes, power windows, power antenna, am-fm pioneer cassette player, air conditioning (blows cold) and heated seats. This was a nonsmokers car and you can tell it was some ones pride and joy. The trunk has the original spare wheel and tire with all of the jacking hardware.
