Florida has a large senior and "snowbird" population - people who don't do a lot of driving. We search the state to find these cars for eBay. This is an excellent example of a 1998 Lincoln Town Car. This Executive model looks fantastic, runs and rides great, and comes with a full a compliment of luxury and convenience features. This Town Car has just 58,055 original miles on it. This is a "snowbird" car that shows registration in both Florida and Indiana. Considering the lack of rust, we think it probably spent its winters in Florida, away from the road salt and rough conditions up north. Looks great from any angle. Exterior features include alloy wheels and chrome accent moldings. The exterior is in very, very good shape. The "White Pearl" paint shines all around. There aren't any significant dents or dings. The Carfax is clean, showing no accident history or any other problems. You can see the Carfax vehicle history report at the end of the photo gallery. Very nice, not perfect. There are a couple of small spots that have been brush-touched, and some very minor cosmetic damage on the right corner of the rear bumper by the molding. The interior is in excellent condition. The leather seats have no rips, burn marks, or tears. The dash and door panels are also in great shape. This car is clean inside. There's no sign that this car was ever smoked in - no smoke odor, no burn marks. Both front seats have power controls. The rear seat is comfortable, and there's plenty of legroom in back. This Town Car has some nice luxury and convenience features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; Remote entry; AM/FM/Cassette Stereo; Tilt wheel; Cruise control; Trip computer/Driver Information Center; Compass Display; Auto climate control air conditioning; Auto headlamps, Rear defrost, and much, much more. Safety features include dual air bags and anti-lock brakes. This Lincoln has the optional CD changer and yes, it does work. The manual is with the car. The 4.6 liter V8 runs fantastic. Its rated at 205 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque - plenty of smooth power for navigating through city traffic or passing on the highway. The tires have very good tread remaining all the way around. This Town Car also has a full-sized spare tire. The car currently has 58,055 miles on it. This car could be driven, so it might have more miles by the time the auction is over.
