Do not send an offer until you are committed to purchasing. Do not place a bid until after you have secured adequate funds or financing to complete the purchase. This deposit is non-refundable unless the vehicle fails the buyer’s personal inspection or pre-purchase inspection from a qualified facility. We accept credit cards (maximum $3,000.00 USD), financing with our lenders, outside financing, money order, cashier's check, and personal checks. Personal checks must clear before any vehicle(s) will be released. The remaining balance (USD) must be paid in full within 7 days after the end of auction. Please understand that if you are an out of state buyer who decides to use a financing option provided by Global Motorcars of Houston, we will not ship your vehicle until the lien holder has funded the deal. This process may take 3 or more days due to paperwork and stipulations required by your lender. Out of state buyers who use one of Global Motorcars of Houston’s financing options and personally come to our store to sign a contract may be able to take delivery the same day. Once a deposit is placed on a vehicle we reserve the right to inspect the vehicle within 48 hours for a post-sale inspection. Once the vehicle has been inspected post-sale then the buyer can arrange for a post-sale inspection. Due to unforeseen recommended repairs, additional time may be required to prepare the vehicle for sale. 3. We have disclosed as much information as possible about our vehicles through pictures and written descriptions. All buyers are required to verify the condition of the vehicle they are buying. Unless otherwise stated in the advertisement, all vehicles are sold AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTY. The mileage on the vehicle, upon delivery, will not exactly match to the mileage shown in the advertisement due to test drives, inspections and, etc. Not all vehicles were acquired with two keys and owner’s manuals. Check with your sales consultant for the status of an additional key, owner’s manual or any other accessories that the vehicle may have. We recommend pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties or authorized service centers after winning the auction ($500 deposit required which is refundable if the car does not match its description). All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for ALL fees and charges for inspections made at buyer's discretion. 4. All winning bidders are require to pay a $299.00 dealer service fee, a state inventory fee which is 0.1664% of the sale price (Example: A $10,000.00 purchase = $16.64 VIT Tax), and a documentary service fee of $125.00. On all Texas retail sales, buyers will pay a $299 Dealer Service Fee, $125 Documentary fee, $20 Title Application fee, 6.25% Sales Tax, 0.1664% Vehicle Inventory Tax, $54.50 License and Registration fee, and $39.75 State Inspection fee.
