Solid 1993 Land Rover Range Rover Classic County Edition. The first year of the revised Classic in Long Wheelbase ( LWB) configuration which was made for only 3 years through early 1995. Completely stock, and original LWB, except that the suspension was already converted to heavy-duty coil springs & struts, as opposed to EAS. It has lived in the West coast for most of its life. Therefore, there is absolutely NO structural rust nor corrosion on this vehicle, as it would be expected from a California vehicle ( hard-pressed condition to find in any Classic beyond the rocky mountains). There is a little corrosion on the taillight inner weld seams, fairly minor. This LWB comes equipped with all the comforts, standard features and amenities of its time, along with factory Tow package, nearly-new radial tires mounted on a nice, clean set of the optional 16" LWB alloy wheels. NEVER altered or lifted. It currently resides in Northern California. Stock 4.2L engine runs very well. As it is well documented in all Land rover circles, the 4.2L was a vast improvement over the early 3.5 and 3.9L engines as it was more robust and had more torque as a result of a longer-stroked block and crank, with revised heads. No overheating issues to contend with. Head gaskets were serviced at 166K. 223K total miles, relatively average for a well-travelled Land Rover. Automatic transmission shifts well into all gears. Low and High transfer cases work fine. Four-wheel Power disc brakes, Power steering, Power windows and Power seats (they both work but a bit spotty at times, common on all Classic Rovers). Finish is the desirable Roman Bronze color. I am surmising that it may have been resprayed at some point in its life, but I do not see it anywhere; I make the assumption based on its age. There is NO clearcoat flaking or damage to the finish on the roof, hood or filler panel areas, common on many Rovers, specially East Coast examples where the elements and salted roads have taken their toll, and nearly impossible to repair! It has a bump on the left rear area, as it is clearly pictured ( it has been there for a very long time according to the older gentleman that owned it previously to me). This makes no change or affect its drivability in any way. NOTE: I have ordered the missing bumper cap twice, and twice they sent me the wrong one~! grrrr...... * I finally received the correct corner; it will need to be installed. The original Sorrel Brown leather upholstery is in average condition and has held up well. VERY NICELY reupholstered front seats. In addition, it also comes with a newly-installed headliner, professionally done. It is firm and well attached in all areas ( a very common ailment on all Land Rovers that you will not have to contend with). Clean interior, door panels, factory carpeting and trunk area. NON SMOKER vehicle. Solid unrestored 93' Range Rover County Classic. It has had two owners, the second owner having taken it with him across the West, from a brief work stint in AZ shortly after purchase, to ten years in a logging interest in WA state ( since 1998, where incidentally it got its rear "log bump") until moving back to the SF Bay area in 2008, where the Rangie lives now. He finally retired at a ranch in unincorporated Palo Alto, in Northern California. Transfer case and differentials work fine in Low and High gearing. Recent work includes: * New tires * New alternator * Recent water pump * New rear brakes * Cold start valve * Heater core * Oil change SHELL Rotella 15W40 w/ MAHLE filter * New plugs * New wires * Rblt radiator * Clutch fan * Rblt ABS module * New rear BRITPART mud guards It's a solid high-miler, yet it is a strong 4.2L and it runs well with a strong, solid powertrain. Clean chassis, no tweaks and NO rust and original interior. CLEAN CA title. It will make a great traveler, off-roader or camping Rangie with some minor cosmetic tlc. TONS of room that only the LWB offers. I've been around Land Rovers for over 30 years and I am an avid Land Rover enthusiast, not just a seller. I own three others as well ( to include a 66' 109 which I am slowly restoring). I have priced this solid LWB modestly as I am in need of storage space, and would like for someone to take the reigns of this Rangie and have fun with it, or travel and go camping! SERIOUS inquiries ONLY. The RRC is a turn-key driver., and drives very well in the freeway. It is priced to sell and with ample room for someone's personal touch. A minty LWB would be way over $20K. The modest opening bid of this 93' barely reflects less than a quarter of that ! This LWB Classic has a clear California title with no issues. FREE AUTOCHECK report available on request. It has a strong 4.2L engine, solid bodywork and sound original interior. It will make a great off-roader, traveler or camping Rangie with some cosmetic tlc. I am also advertising this vehicle in other venues, and as such, I reserve the right to end this listing at any time, should a serious offer present itself. Range Rover Classics are getting harder and harder to find, specially in original, unaltered condition and in LWB configuration. Feel free to EM or call me if you would like to seriously discuss or have questions, at (650) 430-4660 PST. I shall be glad to assist coordinating shipping of the LWB anywhere nationwide or overseas, at the most economical shipping rate available. Please be aware, I do not control pick up or delivery times should you purchase it; that is pending weather conditions and shipping/ trucking delivery schedules. I will do everything I can on my end to ensure and expedite delivery at the most financially sensible rate on the market. Should you be the winning bidder, I would like t receive payment within THREE business days, please. Payment can be made via cashier's check or certified funds. Personal, business or annuity checks may be utilized, but must clear funds first, prior to any transportation arrangements being made. If you have questions or would like to discuss other payment arrangements, be sure to contact me prior to placing a bid, please. An alternate method of payment can be done via bank wire transfer to my local CHASE Bank branch here in town. It is a very simple process, and it helps expedite delivery of the car. Upon receipt of payment, I will mail you the CA title and a Bill of sale to the car. Feel free to EM or call me with questions or serious inquiries, no later than 9 pm PST, please. Thank you all for your interest!

Clean, nicely set-up 2004 Land Rover Discovery II. Originally sold new at Land Rover of Seattle, it relocated to California in late 2006, where it has lived all of its life until today. It scores a 48 in AUTOCHECK out of a 21-53 rating range. The 2004 model is the last year of the Discovery Series II ( which replaced the aging and more primitive Discovery Series I which itself came out in 1993 in Europe and debuted in the US in 1994, to its final run in early 1999 when eventually replaced by the DII in the latter part of 1999). The most desirable Discovery to have, with all the revisions and updates unique to only the 03' and 04' models, the 2004 being the only one that came factory-equipped with the desirable CDL ( Central Differential-Lock) system. Chassis, all body panels, undercarriage, ALL inner/ outer sills, seams and welds are 100% RUST FREE. You cannot find that anywhere in the Midwest and definitely not in the East coast! Solid Discovery Series II, nicely set up with a RoversNorth 2.5" lift kit, with TERRAFIRMA struts, springs and steering damper. It also has a nice factory Land Rover snorkel from Atlantic British. This SE has the beefier factory roofbars ( unique to the 2004 models only), as well as the factory Tow package ( although nothing has been towed with it). Nice set of chunky B.F Goodrich All-terrain tires ( with approximately 90% tread on them) mounted on a nice, clean set of 16" factory alloy wheels ( the preferred wheels for off-road as they allow for larger tire displacement). Note: I do have another 16" LR alloy wheel for the spare to match the set mounted on the car ( I will more than likely have a good spare tire ( 90% tread) installed by the time it sells, so that all the wheels are matyching 16" alloys). It has also had the front driveshaft updated to a heavier-duty, greasable unit. Stock 4.6L engine runs well. No knocks, slipped liner nightmares or valvetrain ticking noises. I KNOW Land Rovers, and their issues. This SE is a solid driver. No overheating issues and it runs smooth, as it should with a healthy engine. 150K original miles, average for any Land Rover, better than average for a car of that vintage. * There are NO SERVICE LIGHTS ON at all. None. Not turned off, not reset, not disconnected and NO stories of " oh, it's been there for years". Beware of "CHECK ENGINE" lights on as they are usually indicative of some form of mechanical neglect ( and an immediate automatic FAIL for emissions in California!). BEWARE of any "low-miles" Discoveries; chances are, they sat somewhere due to hidden or unresolved mechanical issues. These vehicles were made to be used, and most have been driven as any Land Rover would be expected to. Automatic transmission shifts well into all gears. Differential lock feature works well. Low and High differentials engage like they are supposed to. Four-wheel Power disc brakes, Power steering ( no leaks), Power windows and Power seats (they both work). NO troublesome SLS or ACE systems to contend with. The A/C system works well and blows nice and cold. Dual sunroofs ( no leaks). Dual Power heated-seats. All four windows and both Power mirrors work. This is a nice example of an overlander DII that looks good despite its vintage. The coachwork is in very good condition, with no dents or damage. Some random scratches from use on the front bumper cover as it would be expected from age. Nice hood and roofline with NO fading of the clearcoat from sun or exposure, a common ailment on all Discoveries. It is solid throughout. Its original, beautiful Zambezi Green factory finish still glows nicely and it is in very good condition considering its age. Professionally refinished headliner ( a common ailment on all Land Rovers and one you will not have to contend with). All doors, panels, hood and trunk line up perfect. The original black leather upholstery is in average condition and has held up well. No tears, rips or seam splits. Expertly redone NEW headliner looks GREAT. Clean interior, door panels, factory carpeting and trunk area. Heavy-duty knubbed Land-Rover rubber mats front and rear, and a black WEATHERTECH rear cargo liner. NON SMOKER vehicle always. This DII has a clear California title and it is currently registered through Dec 2015, as well as SMOG CERTIFIED. FREE AUTOCHECK report available on request. It has a strong 4.6L engine, average miles, very solid, RUST FREE bodywork and clean original interior. It will make a nice trail Discovery II, 2004 being the best DII year to buy, with all the various electronic updates, mechanical and facelift revisions. Overall, a very solid, unrestored Land Rover DII. I am also advertising this vehicle in other venues, and as such, I reserve the right to end this listing at any time, should a serious offer or a BUY-IT-NOW opportunity present itself. It's priced and listed to sell. CLEAN rust-free DIIs are getting harder and harder to find east of the left coast! Feel free to EM or call me if you would like to seriously discuss or have questions, at (650) 430-4660 PST. I shall be glad to assist coordinating shipping of the DII anywhere nationwide or overseas, at the most economical shipping rate available. Please be aware, I do not control pick up or delivery times should you purchase it; that is pending weather conditions and shipping/ trucking delivery schedules. I will do everything I can on my end to ensure and expedite delivery at the most financially sensible rate on the market. NOTE: Do not go by the Ebay shipping calculator. Any Land Rover can be shipped coast-to-coast for under $1000. Closer to California is cheaper, of course. Should you be the winning bidder, I would like to receive payment within THREE business days, please. Please ensure that your funds are in order PRIOR to placing a bid. If that entails talking to your spouse, boss, Army recruiter, houseplant, pet or significant other, please be sure to do so BEFORE any bids are placed. That way, we avoid any unpleasant developments and we all conduct this as an adult business transaction. Upon receipt of payment, I will mail you the CA title and a Bill of sale to the car while arrangements are made to transport the DII. Feel free to EM or call me with questions or serious inquiries. Very Clean, all-original 1998 Land Rover Discovery I. Originally a TX Land Rover and a California Landie for the last six years. A TWO OWNER DI. This is a desirable SEVEN-SEATER LE7 Discovery, and it scores a 72! in AUTOCHECK out of a 16-39 rating range. The 1998 model is the prior to the last year of the Discovery Series I that came out in 1993 in Europe and debuted in the US in 1994, to its final run in early 1999 ( when it was eventually replaced by the DII in the latter part of 1999). Nice radial tires mounted on a nice clean set of 16" TWR alloy wheels ( same wheels used in the Defender). NEVER off-roaded or abused. It currently resides in Northern California. Stock 4.0L engine runs VERY WELL. No knocks, slipped liner nightmares or valvetrain ticking noises. I KNOW Land Rovers, and their issues. This LE7 is a solid driver. No overheating issues and it runs very smooth, and it should with a healthy engine. 115K low original miles, extremely low for any Land Rover, and above better than average for a car of that vintage. BEWARE of "low-miles" Discoverys; chances are, they sat somewhere due to hidden mechanical issues. No alterations or deviations from its original stock condition. Automatic transmission shifts flawlessly into all gears. Four-wheel Power disc brakes, Power steering, Power windows and Power seats (they both work). The A/C system works and blows nice and cold. This is a very nice example of a Classic DI that looks good despite its vintage. The coachwork is in very good condition condition, with no dents or damage.
